(7) If the order for sign height restriction is disapproved because of a material or substantive error or missing information, the owner(s) and/or lessee(s) shall be notified by telephone at. (8) The County Clerk may return the letter to the applicant with a recommendation that permission be granted for the sign height restriction. No fee is required. The amount of the fee is two dollars; to waive the fee a nonresident or a resident who does not live in the county may be present in person at the County Clerk's office to sign the waiver of fee. (i) If the County Clerk approves the application in response to the waiver of fee, the County Clerk shall send the applicant a letter setting forth the action the County Clerk approved and the application received.
